Private Pay Rates
- Individual Psychotherapy 50 Minute $120
- ADOS-2 Testing Adults $1,350 ($450 for each appointment)
- Adult ABAS-3 $100
- Autism Evaluation (ADOS-2 & ABAS-3) for Children/Adolescents $1,575 ($525 for each appointment)
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment through the client portal. This includes payments made from a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Out-of-Network Coverage
Your plan may offer out-of-network coverage which can allow reimbursement for mental health services with a superbill. Contact your insurance provider to verify if you have out-of-network benefits.
What is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt for therapy services that can be submitted to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement. If Growth & Wellness is an out-of-network provider, a superbill allows you to request that your insurance company pay you back for part of the cost of sessions.
While reimbursement is not guaranteed, many insurance plans offer partial coverage for out-of-network mental health services.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full private pay rate ($120) of the session.
